I’m an asshole
Well, looks like this praying shit really does work. Supposedly, the ‘Jim’s an Asshole‘ Craigslist post was indeed for me. That made me so happy to think that at least one person takes me serious enough to get angry over something I said. Usually, nobody gives much of a shit, maybe humors me by giving me a chuckle, and moves on. Just knowing that I’ve disturbed someone that much is quite a pleasant feeling.
Anyways, in case some of you aren’t sure what we were originally talking about, here’s a recap. The other day, I came across a Craigslist post calling me, or someone named the same as me, an asshole. Here’s was the original post:
he has no idea of what he is talking about, but yet he tries to give people advice!
Curious and hopeful if this was intended for myself, I sent an email off to the email address, taking my chances it was a spammer or something of the sort. To much disappointment I received no reply, but being a internet-based company, I am well aware that many people wish to remain anonymous. I most certainly agree with this way of thinking and understand how it sometimes gives web users a nice fresh sack of ‘internet balls’.
A couple days later, during my semi-weekly perusal of the Rants and Raves of this gay ass zbo town we live in, I was greeted with my name, Jim Jamesson, as the title of a post! Oh man, it was a true Hollywood moment man, like when the sun comes up and the hero and the B he just rescued made it out of the gun fight… shit like that. Anyways… here’s what this beauty says:

You wrote me nasty reply, and Im sure your one of many cock suckers that wont pay his child support so here is my reply to you!
I am the so call “bitch” that posted this and I will have you know ASSHOLE, that I have a great job, and my child doesn’t need for anything, and to us he is just a sperm donor! Let me fill you in on how cold heart the SOB is, he spent 12 months with me and begged me to go off the birth control, he wanted the baby! I did! Then when the baby came, because it had blonde hair he said I must have cheated cause I am red headed and he has black hair, I never seen him again til the child was 9 mos, he wanted a booty call. Still denying the kid, I Had him take a DNA Test, can u guess the results? 99.999999999997 his! Yeah, and he said and I qoute “well you make more money than me, why don’t you just take care of him yourself, I shouldn’t have to pay you.” Well if he didn’t want a baby why the hell did he beg for it? Then 5 years later he marries another girl and has 2 more, and 3 years after that he tucks his tail and runs off with some mexican bitch that can’t speak proper english, and works under the table getting out of paying taxes, and helping him find a job doing the same thing so the courts cant take any money out of his check! Thats just wrong in so many ways! 3 kids now are suffering, I hope he does live it up now, cause if I ever catch him outside of the court house, he will be one dead mother fucker, and yeah, you can take that as a threat if you want, but its not, its a PROMISE!Not that I need to explain anything to you, but maybe you should think before you just pop off and assume Im a lazy bitch that cant make it without having to make my income from a dead beat dad!
Wow man!!! This person is really pissed off it sounds like. What sucks even worse than her situation, is the fact that I can’t remember or even find in my ‘sent‘ folder what I said to this person. That’s the real tragedy here. I guess I only have one real shot to tell this person how I feel… here goes.

I’m very sorry to hear about your situation, and for your involvement with a seemingly crappy sounding dad. Sounds like you picked an uneducated person, that didn’t read up on facts about babies. Most guys I know are aware that babies’ hair color can, and usually will, change, as they mature. This is a common thing in nature, and generally considered common knowledge. It sounds like a bad judgement call having a child with an ignorant father.
I also understand how you must feel since he went on to have other children. I can’t help though to wonder if your bitterness is a result of his careless actions in claiming no responsibility in your child, or if his leaving was more of an incompatibility with you. I don’t know and don’t really care though honestly. But one of the basic rights we have is bearing children. It’s how we exist as a species. While I agree with you that the kids suffer more, you can’t really fault him for being in other relationships and having more children.
It does suck for you that he does not pay his child support. I recall my conversations with my baby momma back when we started it. We were both very excited to be going through the courts and not have to deal with each other. Not so much because we were at each others throats, but because handling the money electronically was much easier and faster than mailing off checks and being at the mercy of the post office. Not to mention the fact that child support is reported to credit agencies, and paying on-time, like other lines of credit, actually raises your credit score. Personally, I am a HUGE fan of this because the higher my credit scores are, the lower my interest rates be 
Anyways back on track. It’s been quite enjoyable to write this article, and I greatly appreciate you using my name as the title of a Craigslist post. It most certainly benefits me monetarily as a result of increased page rank, keywords and ad revenue. It’s funny, but it goes back to what I’ve been preaching lately… With every negative situation, you can absolutely find something positive.
Best of luck with your deadbeat dad dealings. I can only hope that he one day owns up to what is his, and takes actions to take the right path. Based on your (perhaps biased) account of this dude though, he is probably much to ignorant to change. And that’s a shame.

Hmm… She mentions that the “Mexican Bitch” can’t speak proper English, but hers is nothing to write home about:

“Let me fill you in on how cold heart the SOB is, he spent 12 months with me and begged me to go off the birth control, he wanted the baby! I did!” – (the 2 word sentence “I did” doesn’t make much sense)
“I never seen him again til the child was 9 mos” – (never seen him again? / til the child?… “til the child” sounds very disconnected, shouldn’t a loving parent say “until MY child”?)
