8 Free full-resolution concrete backgrounds and textures for any use

Using ordinary photographs of common textures is a great way to kick start a foundation for a new website mockup. When I start my designs, I love laying down a background texture that compliments the mood of what the final product needs to portray, and then build the rest of the design up from that.
You’d be amazed just how many textures you can find simply walking around your house. I snapped a handful of images in just a matter of minutes.
I’d like to offer up this last batch of background images free for any use; personal or commercial. While it’s true they are not amazing photos, they should work very well for utilitarian texture purposes in Photoshop. Perhaps someone out there can put them to good use.

That’s very kind of you to share these textures with us, Jim! Would you prefer we provide a link to your website when using the textures? Or…simply provide a footer note that textures were created by you?

Thanks for these, Jim. It’s good to know you don’t need to sell your house to pay for some second rate low-res stock photography when you can easily get amazing stuff like this for free
