Building the new Apollo Creed Travels
By Jim Jamesson on February 13th, 2009 | Posted in Apollo Creed Travels, Photoshop Tutorials | Permalink
Well, after lots of procrastinating, my brother and I finally gave Apollo Creed Travels the updated its needed. Even though it’s still a tad rough around the edges (we were pressured to launching today after Apollo hit up the Asheville Twestival), we’re pretty happy with how it turned out.
Anyways, I have found over the years that seeing the progression of someone else’s artwork can go a long way to help improve your own skills. Maybe by posting some screenshots of the Apollo design, you can pick up a thing or two. Hope it helps.

oooh- i love seeing the progression of how it was all layered. I think it will give people an idea of all that goes into trying to do a design. It doesnt look simple at all, and it takes a ton of imagination. I love the new site!
