For all the people that think Jack Black’s yells and screams and yeahhhh’s and ahhhhhahhhhhhhhyeahh!!!!’s are some of the most ridiculously overkill ’singing’ out there… you might have missed some vintage Rod Stewart screeching on some of the most absurdly loud yeaahhh’s ever verbalized by human beings. Here’s a couple examples of what I mean…

Rod Stewart wearing some short ass shorts and Converse.

Here’s what I think Kenny Rogers intended this song to say, the night he wrote it in some skank ass motel with some homegirl hooker. Damn, Kenny Rogers rules all of the world and he even kicks so much more’r ass that he’ll probably be ruling the moon too before it’s all said and done and shit. Read more »

If Kermit the Frog was a woman, and a singer lady, I’m not so sure we’d tell it apart from Natalie Merchant. Am I the only one who thinks this?

Don’t hear much of Whitney Houston these days. Well, you normal people don’t anyways. If you listen to Sirius 4 24/7 like I do, you hear her about 4 or 5 times a day. Whitney, you rock.

Would somebody please for the love of god please explain to me exactly what in the hell this song even means:
America – Tin Man Lyrics…
Sometimes late when things are real
And people share the gift of gab between themselves
Some are quick to take the bait
And catch the perfect prize that waits among the shelves
But oz never did give nothing to the tin man
That he didnt, didnt already have
And cause never was the reason for the evening
Or the tropic of sir galahad.
So please believe in me
When I say Im spinning round, round, round, round
Smoke glass stain bright color
Image going down, down, down, down
Soapsuds green like bubbles
Oh, oz never did give nothing to the tin man
That he didnt, didnt already have
And cause never was the reason for the evening
Or the tropic of sir galahad
So please believe in me
When I say Im spinning round, round, round, round
Smoke glass stain bright color
Image going down, down, down, down
Soapsuds green like bubbles
No, oz never did give nothing to the tin man
That he didnt, didnt already have
And cause never was the reason for the evening
Or the tropic of sir galahad
So please believe in me

Just thinking about this song whilst it plays. Saw some shit on A&E or some shit maybe it was Biography or something… anyways, so Radio Paradise played this song (actually has played it many times per RP guy) called “Downpressor Man” by Sinead O’Connor which is actually written by Peter Tosh.
Anyways, this is kinda funny, at least to me. So like, ok… let me start from the beginning to recap this whole thing.

This song is so fun to put on repeat, sit in your underwear at 4am and build some websites. I want everyone to share the joy of singing along with the vocalist of the month, Michael Q Tip McDonald:
He came from somewhere back in her long ago
The sentimental fool dont see
Tryin hard to recreate
What had yet to be created once in her life
She musters a smile
For his nostalgic tale
Never coming near what he wanted to say
Only to realize
It never really was
She had a place in his life
He never made her think twice
As he rises to her apology
Anybody else would surely know
Hes watching her go
But what a fool believes he sees
No wise man has the power to reason away
What seems to be
Is always better than nothing
And nothing at all keeps sending him…
Somewhere back in her long ago
Where he can still believe theres a place in her life
Someday, somewhere, she will return
She had a place in his life
He never made her think twice
As he rises to her apology
Anybody else would surely know
Hes watching her go
But what a fool believes he sees
No wise man has the power to reason away
What seems to be
Is always better than nothing
Theres nothing at all
But what a fool believes he sees…
