When Bele Chere comes to town, that can only mean one thing: Massive citywide cleanup immediately following the festivities. I headed downtown around 3 and could not find one spec of garbage, trash, debris, or any other sign that a third of a billion tools were in town. Here’s a few of the nicer ones:
